Refund policy

Our goal is for you to have a great online shopping experience and be completely satisfied with your Mosmileco products. If you are not 100% satisfied with your order, you are welcome to return items for a refund within 30 days of the delivery date with all original packaging. Returned merchandise should be unused and uncompromised.

To continue with your return, you can contact us at info@mosmileco.com with your original order confirmation email including your order number, name, email address, phone number.
We will create a return label and email you the copy.
Pack your item(s) and attach the printed label to the outside of the package.
Drop off your package at a USPS or UPS location.
Please allow us 10-14 business day to process the refund
Original shipping charges, return shipping charges and handling fee are not refundable.
Refunds will be credited to the original form of payment.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
